ONLINE SHOPPING
Open any photo you wish to buy and you will see an add to cart thumbnail on the bottom right. On the next page choose between your print medium and print size. Your can continue browsing or go straight to the checkout. Locate your cart (top right) once you are ready to check out and pay.
- CURRENCY:
My shop currency is in ZAR (South African Rand). Your bank will convert the purchase to your local currency and this amount will be displayed on your Bank Statement. - CARD PAYMENT:
We accept payments from MasterCard and Visa cards issued anywhere in the world.
Purchases are processed in South African Rands. The card holder would see the ‘converted’ amount in their own currency on their Bank Statement. Payments are securely handled by PayFast. You will be directed away from this site and then be returned back once payment has been processed. We do not have access/store any credit card details on this site. Please consult our fascinating Privacy Policy for more info. - DIRECT BANK PAYMENT – SOUTH AFRICA
This option is only available to South African bank account holders. Your order will be placed on hold until payment is received. You can check the progress of you order in MY ACCOUNT. - SHIPPING:
We use counter to counter shipping for your purchase.
Shipping within South Africa is free with your purchase (prints & canvasses only), international shipping is calculated and added to your final amount before checkout. - ACCOUNTS
On check out, you will be prompted to save your details OR use ‘guest account’ check out if you do not wish to save your details. Your account details are encrypted and safely stored by SSL (Secure Socket Layer). You can update your account details anytime by navigating to MY ACCOUNT - TURN AROUND TIME

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange the product for another one, be it similar or not.
You can return a product for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 40 % administration fee if a print has already been finalized.
PRINTS
All photos are printed using Giclée printers.
Giclée is an archival process, using both archival media and inks; so your print is guaranteed to last between 80–100 years, with the exception of direct sunlight, storage and most importantly, the way the prints are handled.
- PHOTO PRINTS:
Images are Giclee printed on Epson Hot Press Bright photo paper, leaving a white border around the image for framing or stretching. The archival quality of the photo paper is greater than 80 years. - CANVAS PRINTS:
Both the canvas and the inks used are archival; the print is guaranteed to last between 80–100 years, with the exception of direct sunlight, storage and most importantly, the way the prints are handled.
Please note that the actual printed image size might vary according to the paper size. Photos are sized on the widest end, with a white border included in the print size.
MY ACCOUNT
On checkout you will be prompted to save your details. This function also allows you to track your order. Your account details will not be sold or shared.
